Over the past few decade, financial empowerment has been one of the core guiding principles in my mission and business. So when the opportunity to become the Director of Financial Empowerment at Empower, a non-profit organization working with the Hispanic community in Wichita found me in late 2023 something inside me clicked. In this episode, I’ll take you to meet the incredible team behind Empower and share how this experience has re-shaped the way I think about money and community. Not until early in 2024,  life’s twists and turns put me in front of Empower, a non-profit doing grassroots work in a historically Hispanic neighborhood in Wichita. Fast forward a year (and a few months) later.
